Ana sayfa / News

Sam Altman, the face and CEO of OpenAI, a company synonymous with AI, has officially announced which country’s institutions will collaborate with them on developing their new AI model. Altman’s statements could bring up several controversial topics in the new era.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman tweeted that as part of OpenAI’s safety efforts, they will first share their next AI model with the U.S. AI Safety Institute.

The company stated that it will collaborate with the institute to advance the science of AI evaluation. This move is seen as the second strategic partnership following last year’s commitment to share AI models with the UK government.

OpenAI’s SearchGPT has given its first fumble!

SearchGPT, the new artificial intelligence search engine introduced by OpenAI recently, fell out of favor with the wrong information it provided.

In May of this year, OpenAI admitted to disbanding its Superalignment team, which was created to ensure ethical values and human safety while advancing generative AI. This came after one of the team’s leaders, OpenAI co-founder and chief scientist Ilya Sutskever, left the company.

Following these negative developments, the partnership with the U.S. in a critical field has also stirred various conspiracy theories. Feel free to share your thoughts on the matter in the comments.
